We seek to provide a sacred place that supports you on your spiritual journey for the next five weeks of Lent. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner, or new to yoga we aim to provide you with an experience you can make your own. The class will have a simple basic flow fit for any age. If you don't have a mat one will be provided for you. We suggest loose comfortable clothing. Lent is a season to focus on simple living and becoming closer to God.
Restorative yoga is focused on the centering of your breath and body, and aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Open donation appreciated.

Terri brings a unique combination of fitness experience to students of all levels, and promotes best practices for holistic strength, flexibility and healing. She is committed to supporting her students deepen their understanding of yoga and advocates fitness in the body, mind and spirit. Terri has developed a unique, playful and creative approach to teaching with a focus on awareness and alignment as well as balance between strength, flexibility and breath. She encourages her students to look beyond the mat to embrace transformation in their daily lives.
